A bill for an Ordinance approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement by and between the City and County of Denver and Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson LLP, to provide designated legal and collection services for the City.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Extends the contract with Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP for professional legal and collection services for parking violation debts for an additional 18 months, making the total term from December 1, 2007 to May 31, 2015, adds $2,100,000.00 for a new total of $5,020,000, and adds photo enforcement debts to the contractor's responsibilities (CE74041-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meetingwithin the 30-day review period is on 11-25-13. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 10-24-13.
