A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Harris Corporation, to extend the contract for software support services and add additional funds.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Adds $117,000 to the contract with Harris Corporation (for a contract total of $825,000) and extends the term through 12-31-18 for software support for the City & County of Denver’s radio systems and radios (TECHS CE83079-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-4-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 6-12-14.
