Approves a Cooperative Agreement with Friends of Levitt Pavilion Denver, Mortimer & Mimi Levitt Foundation, and Levitt Pavilions setting forth the roles and responsibilities of all parties with regards to the operation and maintenance of the proposed Levitt Pavilion. (LAND USE TRANSPORTATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE) Approves a Cooperative Agreement with Friends of Levitt Pavilion Denver, Mortimer & Mimi Levitt Foundation, and Levitt Pavilions setting forth the roles and responsibilities of all parties with regards to the operation and maintenance of the proposed Levitt Pavilion.
