A bill for an ordinance approving a Third Amendment to Cooperative Service Agreement Reimbursable between the City and County of Denver and USDA–APHIS Wildlife Services to extend the contract for performing certain wildlife control measures at Denver International Airport.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Adds $392,000 to the existing agreement with the USDA/APHIS-Wildlife Services (for a new total of $1,532,643) and extends the term through 12-31-15 to implement the Federal Aviation Administration-approved Wildlife Hazard Management Plan (WHMP) addressing wildlife hazards at Denver International Airport (PLANE – 201103051 – 03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-4-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 7-3-14.
