A bill for an ordinance approving an Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Waste Management of Colorado, Inc., to extend the term and increase the maximum contract amount of the agreement for disposal of waste material at the Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Increases the contract cap in the agreement with Waste Management of Colorado by $2.5 million and extends it through 6-30-15 for waste disposal at the Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site (D.A.D.S.) while a new agreement is negotiated (201101165). The last reguarly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-22-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-6-14.
