Amends Section 37-50 (c) of the Denver Revised Municipal Code adding Illegal Dumping or unlawful disposal of trash as a predicate offense to the Public Nuisance Ordinance. (Health, Safety, Education & Services) Amends Section 37-50 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code adding Illegal Dumping (48-44) as a predicate offense to the Public Nuisance Ordinance. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 2-12-13.
