Approves a new Intergovernmental Agreement splitting the initial $2.3 million of the $6 million cost evenly with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District for final design, right-of-way acquisition and construction of drainage and flood control improvements along First Creek at East 56th Avenue in Council District 11. (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Approves a new InterGovernmental Agreement splitting the initial $2.3 million of the $6 million cost evenly with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District for final design, right-of-way acquisition and construction of drainage and flood control improvements along First Creek at East 56th Avenue in Council District 11. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-23-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 12-22-11.
