A resolution approving a proposed Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Rush Truck Centers of Colorado, Inc. to approve the purchase of twelve new Compost Collection Trucks.
Approves a zero-dollar purchase agreement for the procurement of twelve side-loading Compost Collection Trucks from Rush Truck Center of Colorado in an amount not to exceed $3,684,670.50 with funding provided through a companion capital lease purchase agreement to support Public Works Solid Waste operations, citywide (PWADM2019-50899). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-7-19. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 7-30-19.
