Amends a contract with Volunteers of America Colorado Branch to add $416,000, for a new total of $832,000, and extend the term one year through 12-31-15, to provide housing for families and single women when all of the City’s emergency shelter beds are full, and to add Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) language (2013-14480-01).
