Amends the agreement with Mental Health Center of Denver to extend the grant contract through July 29, 2013 from the Federal Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) for DARTT services for the Denver Drug Court clients with issues related to co-occurring substance abuse and mental health issues (GE94065 (2)).
