(FINANCE & SERVICES) Approves the exchange of 2,300 square feet of City-owned land at 1201 North Perry for 2,210 square feet of privately-owned land (known as a portion of the address of 1209 North Perry) to allow for the relocation of an alley in the development of 1209 North Perry in Council District 1. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-12-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 12-4-14.
