Amends the Denver Health & Hospital Authority contract to add $225,000, for a total contract amount of $900,000, to provide transitional residential treatment and case management services to 25 chronically homeless individuals through the Comprehensive Housing and Residential Treatment Services (CHaRTS) program at Denver Cares (SOCSV-CE01069-03). (Health, Safety, Education & Services) Amends the Denver Health & Hospital Authority contract to add $225,000, for a total contract amount of $900,000, to provide transitional residential treatment and case management services to 25 chronically homeless individuals through the CHARTS program at Denver Cares (SOCSV-CE01069-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-29-12.
