A bill for an ordinance amending Article I and Article II of Chapter 32, sections 32-5, 32-7 and 32-93, Denver Revised Municipal Code concerning licensing fees for medical marijuana businesses.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Authorizes the Director of Excise and Licenses to defer payment of an application fee in certain cases where the applicant has previously paid such fees and to defer payment of the second year's licensing fee until year two of the two-year license. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 8-17-11.
