Approves an amendment to Section 4.03 HOLDING OVER of the agreement with Way Out West, Inc. doing business as Greetings from Colorado (A) to allow the Manager to waive additional rent equal to 150% of monthly rent, and to allow the concessionaire, upon the expiration of its term, to continue providing service to the public at 100% of rental rate until a request for proposal is issued (AC37013 - 07).
