Amends a contract with Sierra Detention Systems to add $2,297,234 (for a new contract total of $3,519,564) and 3 additional years for a new contract end date of 12-31-17 to provide continued maintenance to the Sierra Security Systems used inside the Courthouse, Downtown Detention Center, and County Jail facilities (SHERF-201103350-01).
