A bill for an ordinance approving and providing for the execution of a proposed amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Colorado Department of Transportation concerning the "Peoria Grade Separation, DRCOG Contribution" project and the funding therefor.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Adds $3,593,604 in Federal Section 130 Rail Safety Funds to the intergovernmental agreement with the Colorado Department of Transportation for the Peoria Design-Build Project to construct a grade separation on Peoria Street over the Union Pacific Railroad tracks and the Regional Transportation District’s East Corridor Line, and redistributes project funding in different years. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-24-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 10-2-14.
