A bill for an ordinance dissolving the Santa Fe Drive Pedestrian Mall B Local Maintenance District and directing that the remaining funds thereof, after payment of expenses, be paid to and used by the Santa Fe Business Improvement District within the property formerly within said local maintenance district. (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE) Approves the dissolution of the Santa Fe Drive Pedestrian Mall B, referred to as the Santa Fe Drive Local Maintenance District (LMD) B, to facilitate the creation of the Santa Fe Business Improvement District. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 8-5-14.
