Amends the agreement with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District regarding the US Army Corps Feasibility Study for Sun Valley and Zuni reaches of the upper Central Platte Valley Project to extend the boundaries to 500’ upstream of the 8th Ave. bridge to allow for repairs near Confluence Park and to remove portions of downtown from the 100 year floodplain in Council Districts 1 and 9. (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Amends the agreement with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District regarding the US Army Corps Feasibility Study for Sun Valley and Zuni reaches of the upper Central Platte Valley Project to extend the boundaries to 500’ upstream of the 8th Ave. bridge to allow for repairs near Confluence Park and to remove portions of downtown from the 100 year floodplain in Council Districts 1 and 9. The last reguarly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-18-13. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 10-17-13.
