A bill for an ordinance making appropriations from the Capital Improvements and Capital Maintenance Fund for the 38th and Blake Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Project.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Appropriates $500,000 of Capital Improvement Funds (CIF) for the 38th and Blake Transit Oriented Development project including construction of the 35th/36th Pedestrian Bridge, relocation of the Union Pacific (UPRR) Yard Office and related work in Council District 9. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 6-18-15.
