Approves a 2-year extension, to Oct. 20, 2011, of the on-call contract with Brannan Construction for emergency repairs to wastewater infrastructure and adds $750,000, for a new contract total of $1.5M. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-24-10. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 4-23-10.
