A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Mpowered for financial counseling and related services in support of the Financial Empowerment Center (FEC).
Amends a contract with Mpowered to update the metrics required of the contractor for financial coaching and related services in support of the city's Financial Empowerment Center (FEC) program.
