Approve third year funding of $1,340,700 to ACS State & Local Solutions, Inc. for the Photo Traffic Management Program. (SAFETY) Extends through June 30, 2011 and add $1,340,700 to the contract with ACS State & Local Solutions, Inc for third year funding of the Denver Police Department Photo Radar Traffic Management Program. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-7-10. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 5-20-10.
