A bill for an ordinance approving an agreement between Tsiouvaras Simmons Holderness and the City & County of Denver to provide engineering services. (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Approves a $1,359,120 contract with Tsiouvaras Simmons Holderness for professional engineering design for the reconstruction of Federal Blvd. between 5th Ave. and Howard Place in Council Districts 3 and 9. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-31-11. The Committee approved filing this bill be consent on 12-30-10.
