A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Parker Personal Care Homes for the provision of out-of-home placement services.
Amends a contract with Parker Personal Care Homes, Inc. to add $664,652.00 for a new total of $997,652.00 to continue providing out-of-home placement services for unaccompanied refugee minor children/youth ages birth to 18 (or up to age 21 if placed in the custody of Denver Human Services (DHS) prior to their 18th birthday). No change to contract length, citywide (SOCSV-202472138-01/SOCSV-202579007-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-4-2025. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 7-2-2025.
