(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Amends a loan agreement with NEWSED to change the parcel serving as collateral to facilitate the redevelopment of a project at 1029 Santa Fe Drive in Council District 9 (GE2Y004). The last reguarly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-21-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 6-19-14.
