Amends a contract with Denver Health and Hospital Authority by reducing the amount by ($840,329.57) for a new total of $24,480,730.93 and extending the duration for one year for a new ending date of 12-31-2024 to reflect approved obligation total by FEMA, citywide FINAN-202054689.
