(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Approves a new airport concession agreement with Avila Retail Development & Management, LLC (Connections) with an annual maximum annual guaranteed revenue of $115,726.00 or a percentage of compensation of 15%, whichever is greater (PLANE-201311248). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-2-13. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 10-30-13.
