Approves an amendment to the contract with Express Personnel Services to increase funding by $200,000 for the purpose of providing temporary employment for positions to process applications for assistance (CE11077-1). (HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION & SERVICES) Add $200,000 in state funds to the contract with Express Personnel Services for a total contract of $650,000 for temporary personnel to process applications for assistance. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day period is on 6-??-11. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 5-26-11.
