Amends various Subsections of Chapter 2, Sections 2-51 through 2-65, of the Revised Municipal Code (Code of Ethics) to clarify certain items, to require city departments to share information with the Board of Ethics regarding violations and to change the process by which the Board may handle unsigned complaints.
