(LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Approves a Cooperation Agreement with the Urban Renewal Authority for the Ironworks Foundry Urban Redevelopment Area to establish, among other matters, the parameters for tax increment financing with property tax increment and sales tax increment at 3350 Brighton in Council District 9. A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON AUGUST 13, 2012. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 7-17-12.
