Authorize a capital equipment purchase for $286,000 to support the operations of the “FY23-24 DPD Fentanyl Investigation and Interdiction Grant” Program with 4 handheld devices for safe field testing and for the purpose of investigating deaths and serious injuries caused by illegal synthetic opiate poisoning and disrupting synthetic opiate supplies citywide.
