Amends the contract with HNTB Corporation for the Colorado Center Bicycle/Pedestrian Bridge over I-25 to extend the term from July 1, 2013, to December 31, 2015, and add $321,968, for a new maximum of $1,831,600, for additional professional design services (CE92032-02). (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Amends the contract with HNTB Corporation for the Colorado Center Bicycle/Pedestrian Bridge over I-25 to extend the term from July 1, 2013, to December 31, 2015, and add $321,968, for a new maximum of $1,831,600, for additional professional design services (CE92032-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 2-25-13. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 1-24-13.
