Approves the assessment based on the 2012 budget ($28,000) for the Expanded Greektown Pedestrian Mall local maintenance district - included in the Group 2 Board of Equalization scheduled for September 26, 2011. Assessing ordinance to approve the 2012 annual budget for the following local maintenance district:
Expanded Greektown Pedestrian Mall
Budget Assessment: $28,000, a 40% increase
The increase in the budget for the Expanded Greektown Pedestrian Mall is due to the new needs to maintain additional streetscape improvements that are being installed as part of the 2007 Better Denver Bond program.
