A resolution approving a proposed Sixth Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and U.S. Motels Denver North, Inc. to provide units for non-congregate shelter as well as congregate shelter space for individuals and families when the City's emergency shelter beds are full through the established non-congregate shelter program, citywide.
Amends an agreement with U.S. Motels Denver North, Inc. by adding $2,500,000.00 for a new total of $6,192,900.00 and to add nine months for a new end date of 12-31-2026 to provide units for non-congregate shelter as well as congregate shelter space for individuals and families when the City's emergency shelter beds are full through the established non-congregate shelter program, citywide (HOST-202367041/HOST-202580874-06). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-27-2025. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 9-23-2025.
