A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and JAMSAB Realty Corp. d/b/a Capital One Public Funding, LLC.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Changes the on-call firm listed to do certain work in a capital lease with Capital One Public Funding (CE17002-02) from Tyler Technologies, which can no longer perform the work, to Zia Consulting with no other lease term or cost modifications. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-26-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-7-12.
