A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Fourth Amendment to Lease Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Convenience Retailers LLC concerning a gas station, convenience store and food court at Denver International Airport.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Amends a contract with Convenience Retailers LLC. to authorize the business to design and operate a food court and a 45 minute parking waiting area with a minimum of 160 parking spaces at the former DIA Auto Service Building for an estimated $421,500 annually in revenue to the airport (AC 59013). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-11-12. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 5-9-12.
