A bill for an ordinance approving a Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and LVI Environmental Services, Inc. to increase the contract value by $1,000,000 concerning asbestos, lead-based paint and mold abatement for Department of Environmental Health.
(HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION, AND SERVICES) Add $1 million and extend the contract with LVI Environmental for abatement of asbestos, lead based paint, and mold remediation for City Bond and CIP projects. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day period is on 12-5-10.
