Accepts a grant in the amount of $465,221.68 from the Colorado Department of Transportation to develop and operate a Sobriety Court which will address repeated offenses for driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs (GC00053-1). (HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION, AND SERVICES) Accepts a grant in the amount of $450,000 from the Colorado Department of Transportation to develop and operate a Sobriety Court which will address repeated offenses for driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 10-7-10.
