Extends the Cooperative Agreement with Colorado Miners, Inc., through July 2013, per provisions of the original term in 2010, allowing them to utilize the City-owned Johnson Recreation Center at 4809 Race to provide youth and community programming; and clarifies the financial responsibilities related to repairs and preventative maintenance of the Center in Council District 9. (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Extends the Cooperative Agreement with Colorado Miners, Inc., through July 2013, per provisions of the original term in 2010, allowing them to utilize the City-owned Johnson Recreation Center at 4809 Race to provide youth and community programming; and clarifies the financial responsibilities related to repairs and preventative maintenance of the Center in Council District 9. The last reguarly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 4-1-13. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 2-28-13.
