(HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION & SERVICES) Approves a $3,899,786.12 agreement with Correctional Management Inc. for residential and non-residential community corrections services. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-22-11. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 7-21-11.
