C.B. 241, Series of 2010, A bill for an ordinance approving an Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Denver Urban Renewal Authority to administer a single family rehabilitation program and an emergency home repair program. (NEIGHBORHOOD, COMMUNITY & BUSINESS REVITALIZATION)
Authorizes a contract with Denver Urban Renewal Authority (DURA) to provide $600,000 of CDBG funding for Denver’s Single Family Rehab and Emergency Home Repair programs. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-24-10. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 2-19-10.
