Winter Park Recreation Association: Annual update and Amendment to Supplemental Agreement No. VII. (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Clarifies the basis of authority to collect transfer and rental fees upon sale of development property at Winter Park Resort in conformance with recent legislation. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-27-12. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 7-31-12.
