Approves a contract with Colorado Health Network, Inc., doing business as Colorado Aids Project (CAP), to provide housing opportunities and related support services to low income households affected by HIV/AIDS from Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) grant funds in the amount of $1,100,000. (Health, Safety, Education & Services) Approves a contract with Colorado Health Network, Inc., doing business as Colorado Aids Project (CAP) to provide housing opportunities and related support services to low income households affected by HIV/AIDS from HOPWA grant funds in the amount of $1,100,000.00.
