A bill for an ordinance approving and providing for the execution of a proposed Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Colorado Department of Natural Resources concerning the "River Vision Improvement Plan (RVIP)" project and the funding therefor.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Accepts and establishes a new capital grant fund and appropriation for a $1.5 million grant from the Colorado Department of Natural Resources for construction of the River Vision Implementation Plan (RVIP), including improvements to the South Platte River and Grant Frontier and Pasquinel’s Landing Parks from West Iliff Avenue north to West Florida Avenue in Council District 7 (RM01312_004). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6--15. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 5-21-15.
