A bill for an Ordinance approving a Second Amendment to Concession License with TR Park Central, LLC for a concession area next to the Park Central Building in Skyline Park.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Removes the requirement for TR Park Central's contract to carry Workers Compensation Insurance as approved by the Risk Management Office since the contractor does not employ anyone at the Skyline Park patio seating area in Council District 8 (RC72014). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 4-27-15. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 3-26-15.
