A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Woolpert, Inc., to extend the term.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Adds $280,000 and one year to the contract with Chandler Asset Management bringing the total contract from July 28, 2009 through December 31, 2014 to $1,420,000 to maintain advisory and investment management services for the City portfolio (CE90484). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-23-13. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 1`1-14-13.
