Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for a new Northfield Fire Station (NFS) located on the southeast corner of Central Park Boulevard and 50th Avenue in Denver, CO 80238 on an approximately 1.5-acre site. The new facility will be a 2-bay fire station of approximately 12,000 square feet. The property is currently owned by the City.
Programmatic components for NFS shall include, but not limited to, apparatus bays, living quarters, watch office, fitness area, community room, hose tower, communications tower, and support spaces to support the needs of the Denver Fire Departmen...
