Establishes the 2011 and 2012 salary and fringe benefits of the command staff for the Department of Safety, and amends Ordinance 42, Series 2010 to correct the December 19, 2010 salary increase of the Undersheriff, Deputy Sheriff Division Chiefs, and the Deputy Sheriff Majors. (HEALTH SAFETY EDUCATION AND SERVICES) Establishes the 2011 and 2012 salary and fringe benefits of the command staff for the Department of Safety and amends Ordinance 42, Series 2010 to correct the December 19, 2010 salary increase of the Undersheriff, Deputy Sheriff Division Chiefs, and the Deputy Sheriff Majors. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 5-22-12.
