Approves a five-year $3,713,550 contract with Kronos Incorporated for a cloud-based application to manage schedules, track time and attendance, administer absence and leave, and measure productivity for all City employees (TECHS - 201841702). The City would like to move from the legacy application to Kronos' modern cloud-based application. This is the newest version provided by Kronos.
