A resolution authorizing and approving the expenditure and payment from the appropriation account designated “liability claims,” the sum of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), payable to Regina Ann Petkus in the amount of Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($14,600) and to Killmer, Lane & Newman, LLP in the amount of Ten Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($10,400) in full payment and satisfaction of all claims in Civil Action No. 13-cv-03220-WYD-KMT in United States District Court. Settles a claim involving the Denver Police Department. This resolution was approved for filing at the Mayor Council meeting on 11-18-14.
